Do you accept returns?

  1. No. All sales are final. Exchanges only for defects (see policy).

How long does shipping take?

Cairo: 2–5 working days. Other governorates: 4–7 working days.

Where do you ship?

Inside Egypt only for now; international shipping coming soon.  

What payment methods are available?

COD and Instapay. For instapay full amount should be paid pre-delivery.

Can I open the package before paying?

Generally no for COD (courier rules). Contact us on Instagram if you need special arrangements.

How can I cancel my order?

Cancel before dispatch; pre-orders and personalized items cannot be canceled.

What if my item arrived damaged?

DM us within 48 hours with photos & order number; we'll review and arrange replacement if applicable. 

What if I want to make an on order now and receive it on a specific date?

We are ready and at your service. Just send us on our Instagram the code of your order and the date you would like to receive it.
