Shipping Policy

We ship inside Egypt at the moment; international shipping is coming soon.
Cairo: 2–5 working days from dispatch.
Other governorates (rest of Egypt): 4–7 working days from dispatch (may vary by courier).
Orders that are not confirmed with a FULL address and Mobile are not to be dispatched.
Pre- Orders or Personalized Jewellery delivery times vary and are to be discussed with the client.
Customers should be available to accept delivery. Returned parcels due to failed delivery are to be charged full amount pre-delivery again.

For the safety of ur products and to ensure a fair prices for all customers, packages cannot be opened before payment. This policy protects our jewelry from mishandling and prevents products substitution during delivery.
If you receive your order and there is any concern, please contact us immediately on Instagram. We are happy to assist you and will review any issues regarding defects, incorrect items and arrange an exchange if needed.
