Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Pre-orders and personalized/engraved items cannot be canceled.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if we shipped the wrong product. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. If the exchange is approved, shipping for the exchange will be free. For local Cairo exchanges that are not due to courier error, exchange logistics are handled case-by-case (contact us).
